Contract Terms:  By signing up for emails or registering for sessions or participating in sessions, you are the "Client" and agree to these terms:

(1) Nature of Service: Next Step Consulting + Coaching, LLC ("Consultant") provides educational services. The Consultant acts as a facilitator. Clients make their own informed decisions to achieve their goals. 

(2) No Guarantee of Results: The Consultant does not guarantee solutions, specific outcomes or results from participation. 

(3) Sales & Rescheduling: Sales are final. When available, rescheduling is permitted one time per session, when requested in writing at least 48 hours in advance to info@nextstep-c-c.com. 

(4) Limitation of Liability & Indemnification: The Consultant is not liable for any damages arising from services. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Next Step Consulting + Coaching, LLC, its officers, and agents from all claims, losses, or expenses (including attorney fees) related to participation. 

(5) Conduct: The Consultant reserves the right to stop a session or remove a participant from a group session due to unprofessional behavior. 

(6) Third-Parties: The Consultant is not responsible for the security practices of third-party platforms and services. Clients are responsible for reviewing third-party terms and conditions before providing Client information.
