Schedule Mock Interview

Mock Interview Client Terms: By registering, the "Client" (payer/scheduler) and "Participant" (attendee) agree to these terms:

(1) Nature of Service: Next Step Consulting + Coaching, LLC ("Consultant") provides educational services for interview preparation. The Consultant acts as a facilitator. Clients/Participants make their own informed decisions to achieve their goals.

(2) No Guarantee of Results: The Consultant does not guarantee solutions, specific outcomes or results from participation.

(3) Cancellation & Rescheduling: No refunds. Rescheduling is permitted one time if requested in writing at least 48 hours before the session.

(4) Limitation of Liability & Indemnification: The Consultant is not liable for any damages arising from services. The Client/Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Next Step Consulting + Coaching, LLC, its officers, and agents from all claims, losses, or expenses (including attorney fees) related to participation.

(5) Conduct: The Consultant reserves the right to stop session and not resume due to Participant unprofessional behavior.

(6) Third-Parties: The Consultant is not responsible for the security practices of third-party platforms and services. Clients/Participants are responsible for reviewing third-party terms and conditions before providing Client and Participant information.
